Here's how we do it:

Gros-ite will arrange to have your spindle
delivered to our facility where it will be
disassembled, inspected and evaluated the
day after we receive it. After our evaluation a
detailed quote will be faxed to you for your
approval.
All parts are meticulously examined for
proper fits and geometry using the latest
measuring equipment.
All critical dimensions are returned to print
specifications or better to insure trouble
free operation.
Every spindle shaft is dynamically balanced
with computerized equipment to some of the
tightest tolerances in the industry.
All rebuilds are assembled in our Certified Class 10,000 clean
room to insure the ultimate bearing integrity.
Our modern test facility monitors temperature
and vibration to insure our customers receive a
reliable, productive spindle - guaranteed.
